Community Work Day at First Root Farm

First Root FarmOur friends at First Root Farm invite you to “come make a big queer ruckus on a fabulous little farm!” on July 17th, and every third Saturday of the month.

Have a blast in the dirt: weed, pull sod, make beds, shovel compost, create access. The day will also include a community potluck. Bring a hardy vegetarian or vegan dish (and an ingredient list) to share. You can learn more and RSVP on facebook.
